The staff at the front desk were accommodating when we arrived and had an unexpected change in our plans. They were really good too make sure we had a comfortable stay, even providing complimentary breakfast for our inconvenience. I would highly recommend this hotel.

There was nothing I didn't like.

I recently stayed at a hotel that had a great location for exploring the city and a beautiful courtyard. This hotel had the best location in Gangnam area, just a short walk from the subway station. It was so convenient to explore the city, especially since it was close to the center of Gangnam. The cleanliness was exceptional, and I was impressed with how well-maintained the entire hotel was.
